"Timeless" Layout

Hey everyone, Kim here. I'm back today sharing my project I made with the May 2022 Scrapbook Kit. It's been a while since I created with the scrapbook kit. I am finally getting my crafty mojo back.  So here is my project, but first let's take a look at the May kit.

Here is my project:

I used the May mood board as my inspiration. Here it is:

For one of the flowers (from my stash) I used a mist I created from mica powder (March mixed media kit ) to change the color to pink. The other flower I left it's natural color. I also used some of the chipboard elements in my cluster. I added the butterfly (I used stickles to give it some shimmer) .

 For additional layers, I used a doily. I also grabbed this lace and pearl trim from  my stash. I also used some more of the chipboard elements from the kit in this floral cluster. 

The chipboard border is in store and I layered it under the pearl and lace trim. I distressed and inked the edges from another sheet of paper and used it as a layer between the doily and my photo. . Once done I added rhinestones (from my stash), throughout the project.
