Hey everyone, Kim here. I'm back today sharing my project I made with the April 2022 Scrapbook Kit. It's been a while since I shared a project from the scrapbook kit. My crafty mojo was on a long break. When that happens, I try small projects to get the mojo flowing again. So here is my project, but first let's take a look at the April kit.

How about some close ups?

For the background I cut a sheet of paper to 6x6. I used the rest of the paper for layering. I also fussy cut some of the images (leaves, title and butterfly) from the cover sheet. I added clear shimmer stickler to the butterfly for shine.

 For additional layers, I die cut a doily from cardstock from my stash. I also used some of the ephemera (tickets) from the kit. All the layer have foam tape under them to give this project a lot of dimension. For the chipboard frame, I embossed it with orange and antique gold embossing powder (from last months kit).

The flowers are from the kit. I die cut a leafy vine from the same cardstock I used for the doily. Once done I added art stones (from past Mixed media Kit), gold microbes and green pearls throughout the project. I also lightly distressed and inked the edges.

Hope you enjoyed this project. If you find you creative mojo wanting, I suggest trying small projects until you get back into full swing. This did wonders for my creative process.
