Christmas Gift Box and Card
Hi, everyone.
This month the scrapbook kit features the 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Peace and Joy collection.

I decided to start my Christmas wrapping by making a gift box card.

This is a box I have kept from a phone case cover. It's the perfect size to create a gift box for a small gift. I'm using this one for a gift card, so I decorated the box and made a card to fit inside.

I kept the box design pretty simple- I decorated the top and added some gold ric rac trim to the sides.

I used several of the bubbles and trinkets on the box: the merry definition rectangle, bubbles, lightbulbs, deer, forest, and bird.

I cut a frilly oval from the red paper and a die, then added one of Tres Jolie chipboard pinecones. I inked it with brown and green chalk inks.

Next, I added some of the poinsettias, and some green pine pieces from my stash.
I also made a card to coordinate with the box.

I added aded some layers and the frames and some of the laser cut outs that were in with the paper collection.I also added a couple of poinsettias as well. I added some foam tape to the frame so it created a space/packet for a a gift card.

Here's a picture with a gift card inside.
