"My Grandson My Heart" Scrapbook Layout
Hi again everyone! Jeanne here back this week to share with you this Scrapbook Layout I created using this month's Scrapbook Kit. If you haven't ordered this kit yet, you definitely must!! I have already created two projects and I'm almost finished with a third, so with that said there are plenty of products in this kit.
This is how I created this fun and quick Scrapbook Layout...
The 12x12 sheets from this collection are beautifully made and don't need a whole lot to create a layout. It was hard to choose which paper I wanted to use and I finally ended up choosing the one with a lot of butterflies. So I then printed the photo of my handsome grandson Aaron, I adhered it onto a piece of card stock then onto one of the cut out sheets from the cover page. Then onto a piece of left over pattern paper I had left from a previous project.
What I love about the paper collections from 49 and Market are their beautiful laser cut element sheets. I used several of the flowers and other elements. I used foam dots on some of them and clear glue on other. I only used one fabric flower and some smaller paper ones, all from Prima Marketing and from my stash. Before those got adhered down, I had cut one of the included chipboard pieces in half and adhered it down.
The sentiment " captured in a photograph" I thought was a perfect fit. Lastly I made some splatters on my layout using Lindy's Stamp gang Glitz Magicals "Gleaming Gold" .
So as you can see this was a pretty quick layout I created and I hope that you get some inspiration from this. As you see I didn't need a whole lot of embellishments or flowers to create a layout. With these element sheets from 49 and Market, it makes it so easy. Hurry and get your kit here! Until next week my friends!
