1. Dimensional Backgrounds The journey began with raw texture. Kim applied dimensional paste through the delicate stencil to add physical depth. The real magic, however, lies in the blend of the new Tim Holtz Distress Sprays. Notice the transition from the soft sage greens to the unexpected pop of vibrant purple along the edges. This framing technique draws the eye inward, perfectly balancing the warm copper tones throughout the design.

2. The Ornate Focal Point Every mixed media project needs a structured element to ground the "beautiful chaos." Kim utilized a heavy ornate frame. Inside, she showcased the elegant, Art Nouveau-style Ciao Bella botanical paper, highlighting the edges with a touch of gilding flakes.
