March Mixed Media Kit 12x12 layout
Hello again crafty friends Rebecca here back with another project for the Tres Jolie Kit club. Today I created a 12x12 layout using parts of all 3 kits but mainly focused on the mixed media kit. The full process video can be found here:
I pulled in some of the fun items that can be found in this months mixed media kit. This was my first time using the Glamour Gel and I loved the way it added the sparkly and shine to the laser cut wood pieces.
I used a pain brush to apply the gel to the corner pieces that would accent the photos in this layout.
I used 1 piece of 12x12 paper from the scrapbook kit and 1 piece of 8x8 paper from the card kit. I did have to use some washi to stick the layout together while working on it.
I also matted the entire layout with black card stock and fussy cut out some of the pattern paper along with the fun decoupage items as well.
Some of the pieces I backed on white cardstock so that they could be popped up on foam.
And here is the finished layout. I took the magical power and created a beautiful goal color to splatter all over the layout.
