Home Decor Vintage Frame

Hello Crafter Friends!

Dana here to share a Vintage style frame using the May Tres Jolie Cards, tags and more kit. I love creating Home Decor projects to display in my home or surprise someone special with a gift they can treasure for years to come.

I bought this wood frame from my local craft store and thought it would make a nice decor piece. This kit is so beautiful and has that vintage feel thst I adore.

To begin I painted my frame using a vintage chalk paint in Parchment white. Let dry. Then I took a wood stamp from my stash, and with some Metallic Ink, I randomly stamped my design onto my wooden frame. Let dry. 

While drying I fussy cut some pirces from the papers and chose some ephemera pieces and flowers. I don't adhere them onto my frame until I'm pleased with their placement. Some pieces I added foam dots to the back to add dimension and a 3D look. Here's a close up:

I cut apart some of the gorgeous Butterfly Prima trim included in this kit,  and glued two butterflies to each upper corner on my frame. 

I glued some pretty Prima flowers to the bottom right corner. Tucked an ephemera butterfly in between my flowers. I brushed some Luna paste Golden Sand onto my flower petals and Stickles Diamond glitter to my butterfly wings! I finished off with a few crystal gems from my crafty stash! Here's a close up:
