Let's Celebrate using the February Scrapbooking Kit

Hello Jennifer her sharing a double 8 1/2x11 layout. I used the February Scrapbooking kit. Such an amazing beautiful kit featuring lots of goodies from 49 and Market and chipboard pieces. I have a full process video up showing how I created this layout.

I started out by pairing to of the 12x12 papers together for my background. I adjusted the sizes for my double 8 1/2x11 layout. I stenciled on the background using the February Mix Media kit items. I laid a photo over both of the stenciled areas. I added a strip of the pink paper that holds the three photos matted on white cardstock. I embellished with a few of the lazer cut pieces and used thickers from my stash for the title. I die cut the balloons to make it more birthday themed.
