Fall Memories
Oh the sweet smell of fall. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, we had all four seasons, but fall was my favorite. This photo of my mom (the youngest) with my grandparents and my Aunt Bette just reminds me of autumn.
Auditioning papers and embellishments is so fun for me. And there is so much in the Tres Jolie Club kits!!! Even after making 2 layouts I still have so much left to create with. I chose the orange flowers and the rustic all papers for this layout.
I didn't use the white flowers, but I did incorporate the vellum sheet they came on. Kim does such an amazing job gathering the amazing things for these kits. I am using the October Scrapbook Kit. There is also a Card Kit and a Mixed Media kit. You can even sign up for a monthly subscription!!
I used a green ink pad to color this cool mushroom chipboard piece. Did you know Tres Jolie offers chipboard also? You can check them out here.
Isn't this vellum piece just perfect? And it was just the packaging for the white flowers (to be used in another project)
The orange flowers and the fall ephemera were the perfect fit for what I was looking for in this design.
Preserving these memories for my parents and for my family, bring me complete joy. My happiness is my family, the ones before me, and the ones to come.
I used quite a few different pieces of the patterned papers. I just couldn't choose, so I found a way to use a lot! Aren't they amazing?! They even come with some die cut pieces. 
I thought I was almost done, but it needed just a little something more. I added some more ephemera die cuts from the kit and also the vellum piece.
Remember, get those photos off your computer, or out of the box, use them to create artwork to be cherished. The Tres Jolie Kits take the guesswork out if creating beautiful layouts and projects.

Tres Jolie has always hosted a monthly sketch or mood board challenge. So, with that being said, here are the rules
