Endless Love Mini Album

Hello Everyone!

I'm Dana and I'm back to share my mini album project using the Tres Jolie Cards Tags and More kit for the month of February! This kit has some lovely papers from Paper Boutique "Endless Love " collection, chipboards and card toppers featuring both floral and  sentiment toppers! They are perfect for Valentine's day, Wedding and cards.

To begin I painted the edges around the front and back chipboard covers, using Folkart Chalk Paint "Milk Jug acrylic paint. Let dry.

Then taking some glue I sprinkled Martha Stewart Coral Pink glitter over top of the cutout chipboard hearts. Set aside to dry.

I took a piece of polka dot paper from my crafty stash, and traced around my heart shaped chipboard front cover. I cut out my heart shape, marked and punched my holes before gluing my paper to the backside of my front cover. I trimmed away any excess paper using my x-acto knife (my stash) then Distress away any rough edges using a Distress tool. You can set aside your front cover for now.

Taking my other chipboard pages, I traced around each shape, using a variety of different cardstock papers from my stash. I punched my holes on the side before adhering my base papers down onto each album page. I inked all my papers using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Worn Lipstick (in your kit) and Tim Holtz Distress Ink Gathered Twigs.

Back Cover: I painted both sides using Folkart acrylic paint in Conch Shell (in my stash) let dry.

Backside of front cover, Page 1:

I created a shaker element using Clear packaging from your kit. I also cut out one of the leftover frame pieces from one of topper papers. This is a great way to use any leftover Scraps. Cut out a piece of your packaging to fit your window frame.  I chose one of the card toppers and glued on the center of my page.

Taking some foam tape (in my stash) I applied along the backside edges on my frame piece. I add two layers of foam tape total. Make sure there are no gaps between each piece of foam tape. Here's a photo:

Then fill the center with sequins, glitter, beads whatever you prefer. Carefully peel off the foam tape and adhere on top of your sentiment topper on your page. To finish this page, I just added a few sticker hearts (in my stash) around my shaker frame. Here's a closeup:

Page 2:

I matted one of the patterned papers from this kit, onto some cream cardstock (in my stash) applied foam dots onto the back before adhering to my page. I cut a white doily in half, applied Distress Ink (in your kit) lightly over the edges of my doily before gluing along the bottom of my photo mat. I glued one of the sentiments from the paper pad, onto my doily, adhered a few flowers ,a wooden heart sticker, and wax seal (all from my stash) along the bottom of my page. I fussy cut one of the floral images from one of the circle toppers and applied foam dots to the back before adhering on the lower corner of my photo mat. I glued a vintage photo onto my photo mat. Here's a closeup!

Here's another closeup of both pages:

Page 3: I created a flip page, using another paper from the paper pad and cut to measure 5 &1/2 x 4 & 1/2 inches. I glued some lace(my stash) along the left side of my flip page. I cut out a card topper and adhered in the center of my flip page using foam dots. I glued a Prima flower (my stash)on the bottom edge of my page. I also stamped a sentiment (my stash) along the bottom. Underneath my flip page, i adhered another photo, tea stained doily and gem (from my stash) Here's a look:

Page 4: I matted onto cream card, another patterned paper from our paper pad and glued in the center of my album page. I took a X's and O's die and diecut from a piece of white cardstock (from my stash) inked around the edges of my diecut using the Distress Ink Worn Lipstick in the kit.

I glued my diecut piece onto the bottom of my page. I glued one of the Prima flowers in this kit on the right lower corner. I fussy cut another card topper image, inked the edges and tucked behind my flower. Added a sentiment from the paper pad and few crystals from my stash! Here's some photos!

Page 5: I made a pocket using one of the patterned papers and cut to measure 6x3 inches. Glued onto the center of my page. I added some heart trim (from my stash) along the top edge of my pocket. I glued one of the chipboard heart pieces onto my pocket. I glued a few smaller flowers (from my stash) along the bottom of my page. I added a rub on sentiment, tucked a circle topper, journal card from my stash into my pocket. I diecut a heart from one of the patterned papers.

Page 6: using another die (from my stash), I diecut my heart, added some white pearls in the center of my diecut flowers and glued onto my page. I also glued another circle topper onto my page using foam dots. Then added a sentiment from the paper pad. Here's some closeups!

I didn't decorate the backside of page 6. But you can if you'd like.

To finish my front cover, I added from my stash, a few red Dazzle hearts and wood stickers scattered inside my chipboard hearts! Then taking 2 metal rings and some pink and white tulle, ( both from my stash)  I tied into a bow onto each metal ring. Here's a closeup!
