Double Sided Envelope Card & Gift Card Holder
Hello Tres Jolie Friends! Jeanne back to you this week to share with you this project I came up with using the February Cards, Tags, & More Kit.
I began by creating a simple envelope for dimensional cards then decided to add an extra page. I decided that the envelope would hold a gift card inside a holder I created as well. I made this so you are able to display it either the front facing or the back part. It stays open like a page of a book as this is where you would write your greeting.
(FRONT)
I did some fussy cutting of some of the adorable cut outs from the paper pad. I also painted some of the chipboard from the kit as well as a beautiful chipboard flower that was included in the Scrapbook Kit.
(BACK)
I added a magnet to the back envelope closure but Velcro would work just as well. I added a variety of flowers and embellishments on the flower clusters. On the beautiful Glass/Metal embellishment that was included in the kit, I added some white glitter and small pearls and adhered it well.
Aside from the products that were included in the kit, I did use other embellishments and products from past Tres Jolie kits that I had in my stash.
I absolutely love this kit, it makes me realize that spring is just right around the corner. Who doesn't love the sweet pastel colors in this kit!? I have created a short tutorial photo video on how I made the base of this envelope.
