"Create Moments Like This" Mini Album
Hi everyone! Jeanne back here this week to share this mini album I've created using the June 2022 Scrapbook Kit from Tres Jolie Kits. The collection "Let Your Creativity Bloom" from P13 is so adorable along with the ephemera and ticket packets that made it very easy to create this mini album.
I began by choosing to create this mini using one of the Prima Marketing Memory Hardware magnetic chipboard albums. These are very convenient to create with as all I do is go over the edges using Folk Art Vintage White Acrylic Paint. Once it was dry I began choosing and cutting the papers from the collection.
I cut and adhered all of the papers using both Fabri Tac wet glue and double sided tape. I used some of the white card stock that was included in the June Card Kit from Kaisercraft. Before I glued them down, I used a camera photopolymer stamp on my Tim Holtz stamping platform with some Brutus Monroe Detail Raven Ink to stamp the camera image onto the card stock. I did this with all of them before adhering them down. Once I had those glued, I began working on my other pages.
I created a pockets with tags from my stash on a couple pages, I wanted this album to have plenty of areas for photos.
I couldn't make it very bulky because it wouldn't close but I did manage to add some flowers from the kit. I also added some ephemera with some double sided foam tape on some of the pages.
Once I was finished with the inner pages, I began on the outside base. On the sides of the album, I added some pink lace trim then added a pearl dangle embellishment from my stash. On the cover I added a couple of images that I had fussy cut from one of the pages from the 12x12 paper pad. I added Prima Marketing flowers from the scrapbook kit and some of the ephemera flowers as well. I lastly added a ticket with one of the Dress My Craft resin frames from a previous Tres Jolie Kit. I forgot to mention that I did add some the the Brutus Monroe Fabulous Fibers in Frosted Halo in between the flowers on the cover for added media. I absolutely love adding these to my projects.
This mini album so so fun to create and it is perfect gift for someone who is very creative! I would love to see what you have created using this month's Scrapbook Kit or whichever kit you have from Tres Jolie!
