Any Occasion Handmade cards
Hello Crafty Friends! Jeanne here this week to share with you my latest project using the November Scrapbook Kit. There are so many projects that can be made with this kit. I have so many ideas but I did want to create a couple simple cards using this amazing kit.
I began with a sheet of 8x11 Kraft card stock cut at 5.5 inches on the long side, then scored it in half. One card base is horizonal and the other vertical, I then cut a couple of pieces from one of the 12x12 sheets and before adhering it I inked the edges using Tim Holtz Vintage Photo ink then adhered it using Aleene's Tacky Glue.
I picked out the beautiful images from the cut out sheets that are from the "Vintage Beauty" collection. I love to fussy cut the images out. I put some foam tape on some of the pieces. Before adhering them down to the card base, I used the same distress ink around the fussy cut images. I then added some of the flowers from the kit which are from Little Birdie Crafts.
I left off any sentiments as you have seen so these can be used for any occasion really. I do hope that you have enjoyed what I have created this week and you will be on the look out when the other designers post their projects here on the blog. I will be back to share my next project which I'm so excited to share.
