Mixed Media ATC Cards

Welcome back everyone.  As we move on to 2024, today I share my final blog post as a design team member.  It has been wonderful sharing with you the projects I created using the Tres Jolie kits each month. There are some amazing designers who are staying and who are coming aboard to see prepared to be WOWed with their work.

For this project, I decided to move past the Christmas theme items and use the Mixed Media Kit, to make a set of ATCs. First I painted the mixed media cards with the paints. I was thinking of more a rusty patina look so that is why I chose these colors. 

Once dried, I did some stenciling with some black ink and then add some paste through the stencil and used my Hero Art Unicorn pigment ink with the Embossing powder. 

Finally, I glued down the metal pieces, inked the edges and splattered the cards with paint.
