" A Courageous Man" Layout
Hello again Crafty Friends! Jeanne here to share what I've created using the wonderful Scrapbook Kit for this new month from Tres Jolie! The moment I seen this collection, I knew immediately that I would be creating a layout for my son Zennon. Here is what I've come up with.
I began with picking out the paper for my layout, there are so many to choose from. I then cut the papers that come in this paper pack, basically the cut out sheets. I then distressed the edges using Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink and using the Prima Marketing Distress Tool then setting them aside. I then used one of the chipboard designs from Tres Jolie from a previous kit, I used Prima Marketing acrylic paint on it and adhered it. Then I adhered my selected photo onto a piece of ivory cardstock and then adhering it to some foam tape.
Then I began by layering the cut outs that I added foam tape to as well. Then added the photo lastly.
I then selected the metal flowers from the wonderful Prima Marketing package. I also had some left over 49 & Market flowers from a previous kit and placed and adhered them where I wanted them.
Lastly I added some pearls, art stones and metal embellishments all from Prima Marketing Finnabair onto the floral area. I also added a metal piece " C- Courageous" tied with string onto the side of one of the sentiment pieces.
I really hope that you enjoyed my first design team project for this month of August. I have much more coming this month using the AMAZING kits from Tres Jolie.
