New to this whole kit club and have questions. No problem, we have answers. First, we are happy you have chosen to join our little community. It is our mission to provide you not only with the most up to date products on the market, but also our very best in customer service.
This is where the most common questions you might have. It covers things like our return policy, shipping and returns, etc.
Summary of Kit Club membership terms:
When you sign up for a Tres Jolie kit we will bill you the last week of the month before your kit ships out. Your kit will be shipped the first week of the month. Our reveal will also be the first week of each month. On reveal day we load up the new kit photos and our Design Team will reveal the layouts, cards and projects they have created using the kits. We create these samples so that you can be inspired and recreate these layouts for your own books. Our Designs are always ready to answer any questions. Our Design Team also provides tutorials(photos and videos) on our blog to show you how they made their projects.
Being a Tres Jolie member means that several times a year we will offer several special orders with our manufacturerss. Also, occasionally you may find a bonus in your kit. This bonus will be added to your kits shipment. E-mail us if you have any questions.
I just signed up for a membership. What happens next?
Once your membership is activated, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. Please check this and if you notice any error, please contact us immediately at Kim@tresjoliekits.com so that we can make the necessary changes. Your membership will begin with the current month’s kit, unless we are sold out. Then your membership will begin with the following month’s kit.
What are your shipping rates?
US $12, and other countries varies depending on the location. E-mail us and we will be happy to quote the rate.
What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?
We ship all of our kits the first week of the month.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
If your kit is damaged in shipping contact us within 5 days of receiving the kit, and we will make arrangements to correct the situation. We do not accept returned kits, unless the kit has been damaged during shipment and in that case we will replace the kit. Please e-mail us at Kim@trejoliekits.com and we will be happy to help you correct this situation.
When my subscription term is complete, do I need to re-subscribe for a new term?
No. Once you become a Tres Jolie monthly-kit member, we automatically continue to renew your term for you until you decide to cancel. Please notify us of your cancellation by giving us 30 days notice so that we can make this change for you.
What if I need to cancel a membership early?
If you wish to cancel before completing your subscription, a termination fee(up to the cost of the remaining kits) will apply along. Due to the nature of this kit club products are ordered in advance based on subscriptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently use PayPal for a membership, you will be billed by the 30th month and must pay the invoice by the 5th any Paypal invoices remaining unpaid by the 10th your kit will be sold and a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. Email us at: Kim@tresjoliekits.com with any questions.
